I had the privilege of going on the Cotswolds Highlights Tour with Richard. What an incredible day. I have travelled the world and been on tours in many countries. This was one of the best value tours I have ever been on. In fact, I would have been happy paying triple the price and still felt like I got more than I paid for. From the personalized response email from Lucy upon booking, to Richards incredible knowledge of local history, to the gift you receive at the end of the day from Richard, you can tell that customer service is their number one priority. I have been coming to the Cotswolds since I was 11 yo and am now 50 and thought I had seen it all. I got to visit places I have never found by myself and also got to hear the history I never knew. If you’ve never been to the Cotswolds, this is the best introduction you could have. If you’ve been to the Cotswolds many times, this is the best tour you could do. Lucy, Richard, thank you. Our family had a terrific Famous Cotswolds Tour with Lucy. She and Richard were extremely responsive and helpful regarding directions and train times prior to our tour. If you're coming from London, it's about a 1h45m train ride from Paddington station to Moreton-in-Marsh. Lucy picked us up right at the train station and we were off with the rest of the group of 7 people total. We visited Lower Slaughter, Bourton on the Water, Upper Slaughter, Stow on the Wold, Great Tew and a secret village. Lucy was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the tour. There was enough time to get a sense of each location and wander around without feeling too rushed. There was also time for lunch if you wanted. Overall, it was a very nice day. We will certainly be back.

This really was the highlight of my trip. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and very funny. He brought us to the most charming towns and spent just the right amount of time at each one. The walking maps handed out at each location was superb!!!
