An Absolute MUST, My husband and I went on the Highlights Tour on June 19. Our guide, Lucy, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. That coupled with her great sense of humor made for an informative and entertaining visit to the region. We are not traditionally a 'tour' type, but Lucy made the day so much fun and we made new friends from Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Virginia 😃 If you are in the Cotswolds, this is an absolute MUST! Amazing!!!!! Richard Rocks, What an amazing day we spent exploring the Cotswolds with Richard. I went on this tour with my partner and my Mum, do not go past this tour it suits all! Richard knew lots of information about the area and went above and beyond to give us extra detail into some of the smaller church's and was thoughtful about all guests on the tour, with a small group of 7 it was well worth the money spent. In the winter we focus on our Famous Cotswolds Tour, that visit the beautiful riverside villages of Upper & Lower Slaughter along with Bourton on the Water, which is a perfect stop for morning coffee or a pastry in one of the bakeries. Over lunch we head to the highest market town in the Cotswolds, Stow on the Wold. Stow, has a fabulous selection of eateries along with lots of little shops to explore. Then in the afternoon we head to our secret village & then into the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, so guests can see the fairy-tale thatched cottages.
Combined with the fact that we collect guests from the ever popular & very accessible Moreton in Marsh. This is the perfect pick-up for guests arriving by train, from London-Paddington, Oxford & Worcester. Or if you have already arrived, we also provide a free collection & return service from Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden & Bourton on the Water.
