Cancellation Policy

Welcome Email: Lucy & Richard will send a personalised welcome email within 24 hours. Do look out for this & check all the details are correct. Payment for your tour: Full payment required 6 weeks before your tour date, via invoice which will be sent to the email you have provided in your booking form. Once payment is made it is non refundable. For this reason we are advising all guests to have travel insurance with 'covid-cover'. Please ensure your policy covers activities like tours. If your tour date is booked within 6 weeks then full payment (via invoice) for the tour will be required within 24 hours of our 'Welcome Email' being sent. Once payment is made the tour becomes non refundable. If we have to cancel the tour for any reason, a full refund will be provided. We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance.
