Join us on a sightseeing tour of the Cotswolds. These mixed group tours are a fun & affordable way to travel around the Cotswolds. This tour can run with up to 4 guests. If you are a solo traveller, couple or small group then why not join other travellers & explore the Cotswolds. This tour does require a minimum of 2 travellers to run. This group tour starts at 9.30am and finishes at 3.45pm from Moreton in Marsh Railway Station.

Where does this tour visit?

This tour is ideal for guests who want to visit the well-known & much-loved villages within the Cotswolds. You will have free time to walk through the riverside villages of Bourton on the Water, Lower Slaughter & Upper Slaughter. Visit the in the highest market town in Gloucestershire, Stow on the Wold, where we stop over the lunch break. The market town has plenty of historic sites to explore & independent local shops. We will also visit the beautiful hillside village of Snowshill, long with the wonderful preserved village of Stanton, with its selection of thatched cottages & charming Cotswold stone properties.

The tour gives you a wonderful balance of well known & hidden villages.

Lunch stop  is 1 hour 30 mins.

This tour starts from Moreton in Marsh Railway Station at 9.30am, finishes at Moreton in Marsh Railway Station at 3.45pm.

Tours are available Monday to Saturday.

Explore Lower Slaughter

Spend time exploring this wonderful waterside village. You will have time to take photographs, shop in the small gift shop and even enjoy morning coffee next to the mill pond.

Stroll through Bourton on the Water

This has to be the most famous village in the Cotswolds. You can spend time visiting the little shops, wander over the bridges, head to the miniature village or enjoy sitting by the river & watching the world go by. Visit one of the tearooms & relax soaking up the atmosphere.

Discover Upper Slaughter

One of our favourite villages, find out why this was one of the luckiest places to live in the Cotswolds. During your visit you may even spot some Cotswolds Lions, but don't worry they don't bite!

Shop in Stow on the Wold

Visit the highest market town in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds. During this stop you can uncover the towns history, visit Tolkien's Door, try out the Old Stocks on the village green and even see the 'Oldest Inn in England' or for those who love to shop, why not visit the Cotswolds Chocolate shop and see the chocolate being made, or visit the Cotswolds Cheese shop.

Visit the fairy-tale hillside village of snowshill

Guests often want to visit an 'off the beaten track village,  Snowshill is definitely a favourite amongst our guests. With its cute Cotswold properties that are clustered around the village Church. The village has a fascinating history & a famous movie connection, so make sure you have your camera ready!

unwind in the tranquil village of stanton

A great way to end the day. Stanton is one of the best preserved villages in the Cotswolds. It has a scattering of cosy 'thatched roof' cottages & is an architectural delight. Wander through this beautiful location & even spend time in the village church, which has an unusual & alluring history.
